After your first 30 days, you still get free telephone assistance through our technical hotline, but there is an extra charge for onsite repair and replacement parts.  As long as you have your serial number of your computer (located on the right side of your unit), you can get assistance.

Extended Warranty
HCA offers extended warranty plans for your computer that must be purchased within 7 days of your sale.  Choose which is right for you!
1 year onsite repair/parts ($39.99) - Provides you with 1 full year of free onsite repair and a 50% discount on replacement parts*.
2 year onsite repair/parts ($54.99) - Provides you with 2 full years of free onsite repair and a 50% discount on replacement parts*.

* Free replacement parts are only applicable to users who have not caused the damage of components.  Examples include accidental damage incurred by dropping, jolting, unacceptable environmental conditions, or any natural "acts of God".  We are pretty reasonable people and we would like the same courtesy.  It costs us money to replace parts, so if you break it, be considerate.
