Hill Computing Associates guarantees all of it's parts and services for thirty (30) days, unless specifically stated otherwise in your contract.

Web Design
Per our Web Development Contract, you will have a thirty (30) day revision period.  Once the Content Approval and Indemnity Document is signed (allowing us to upload your website), the sale will be considered finalized.  Any additional modifications to the website will be considered a new sale and handled according to the arrangements defined in the Development Contract.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. That is the spirit of our agreement and the spirit of our business. To that end, we encourage input from the client during the design process to ensure the best product possible.

Computer Servicing
All of our work is guaranteed for thirty days (30) after completion of the job.  Please note that this only applies to the service on which we originally performed.  We cannot possibly guarantee the system will not be subject to any other issues that may arise.

IT Consultation and Planning
Due to the nature of consultation service, we cannot provide any guarantees to the extend of implementation of service.  While we provide industry-leading recommendations and pride ourselves in only the highest degree of infrastructure design, the final decision to implement plans lies with the client.  If you have any questions regarding this policy, please give us a call.

Wireless Networking
All of our networking hardware is 100% guaranteed for sixty (60) days, unless specified otherwise in our contractual agreement.  We have positive relationships with all of our manufacturers and will be able to service your hardware for the lifetime of the hardware, but due to varying environmental conditions which can adversely affect the hardware, we cannot offer warranty beyond sixty (60) days.
