Do you have financing available?

We will finance for a maximum of twelve (12) consecutive months with an annual interest rate of 23.99%.  A minimum of 30% of the total cost will be considered as a down payment and is required in advance.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

Yes, Hill Computing Associates now accepts all major credit cards through PayPal, Inc.

Why not order from a major manufacturer?

We hold our standards of assembly higher than name brand PCs.  Name brand computers are mass-produced, lowering quality control.  Because every HCA computer is hand build and put through rigorous tests, you can rest assured that you will receive a solid computer that will last.  Plus, the support you'll gain by buying locally is worth much than the promotional mail-in rebates the big guys can offer.

How do you keep costs so low?

HCA has established working relationships with many IT part suppliers, in effort to pass the best prices on to you, the consumer.  HCA has no hidden costs, and you will always have outstanding customer support unmatched by name brand PC distributors.

How fast can you get my system to me?

We can generally have your computer to you within 7 days of your order placement!  In special circumstances, we can get it to you faster for an extra fee.  All of our systems include free local delivery* and setup.  Please call for more details.

*Local Delivery is defined as a twenty (20) mile radius surrounding Sterlington, Louisiana.
